teve Margolin has arranged for the Camping Bares' tenth Presidents Day Weekend campout at Cañón de Guadalupe. This spectacular, remote canyon, is an oasis of palm trees, huge granite boulders, waterfalls, caves, and natural hot springs.

uadalupe Canyon is situated on the east slope of the Sierra de Juárez Mountains of northern Baja Calif., 55 miles S.W. of Mexicali, B.C. The privately owned campground is developed with a number of secluded hot-tub campsites, picnic tables, fire rings, flush toilets, and a small store.

articipants will enjoy hikes in Guadalupe Canyon, barbecues and campfires, and soaking in marvelous hot pools. On Saturday evening we will celebrate with a pot-luck Mexican feast featuring Steve's famous margaritas.
camping expeditions to Isla de Todos
Santos, a small uninhabited island located
about 12 miles off of Ensenada, B.C. Bares enjoy exploring the island,
skinny-dipping and snorkeling, bar-b-ques and campfires. The last trip
was over Labor Day Weekend, Aug. 29 thru Sept. 1, 2003.

he Camping Bares, a naturist travel and camping club founded in 1976, is based in San Diego, and has members and activities throughout So. Calif. and surrounding areas. It is affiliated with the Naturist Society, a national organization dedicated to educating in body acceptance, and promoting clothing-optional lifestyles and recreational sites.
